I’m Olu, an ICF and EMCC accredited coach and EDI specialist with extensive senior leadership experience in inclusion, governance and insight.I work with emerging leaders, executives, private clients and underrepresented professionals who want to grow in confidence, clarity and influence, and with organisations committed to building inclusive, high-performing cultures.My approach centres on authentic coaching, peer learning and connection. I believe meaningful development happens when people feel supported, seen and empowered, and when organisations intentionally create spaces for learning, collaboration and belonging.Alongside 1:1 coaching, I facilitate group coaching circles and peer learning communities, helping individuals strengthen their leadership identity, build confidence, and learn from one another in practical, reflective ways. I also support organisations to develop their EDI capability, with a particular focus on using data to inform decisions, strengthen accountability and embed inclusion sustainably.I regularly speak and deliver sessions on the power of peers, inclusive leadership, and building the right support systems for professional growth.At the heart of my work is a commitment to helping people and organisations move from intention to impact creating environments where individuals can thrive and where inclusion is lived, not just stated.Coaching PhilosophyMy coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that everyone already holds the answers they need — my role is to create the space, structure and support for those insights to emerge. I coach with curiosity, compassion and challenge, helping clients build self-awareness, confidence and clarity while staying grounded in what matters most to them. I believe growth happens through connection, reflection and shared learning, which is why peer support and community are central to my work. Whether working one-to-one or in groups, I partner with clients to move from intention to action, supporting authentic leadership and sustainable change — both personally and professionally.
